Privacy requests
You can ask us about the personal information Observe holds about you. This page explains how to make a request. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
What you can ask for
- A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction of personal information that is wrong.
- Deletion of your account or your content. You can also delete content yourself in Settings > Account > Delete Account.
- Any other privacy right that applies to you under the law where you live, including certain US state privacy laws.
How to make a request
Email privacy@observe-me.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. Please tell us:
- Your name and the email address on your Observe account.
- What you are asking us to do.
- Where you live, if you are asking under a particular privacy law.
What happens next
We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request, and in some cases the law allows us to limit or decline a request. Full details, including any rights you may have to appeal a decision, are in the Privacy Policy.
