Observe example report for a sprint start showing the original clip, a reimagined improved set position, and strengths, weaknesses and tips

Strengths

You set up in the blocks with a solid posture and good hand placement, with your hands roughly shoulder-width apart and fingers relaxed. Your front foot is well positioned and you maintain a straight back, showing good overall alignment and focus before the start.

Weaknesses

Your hips sit slightly high in the set position, which can reduce forward drive off the blocks. Your head lifts a little early and your weight is not fully over your hands, which may lead to a slower initial push and less explosive acceleration.

Tips

Try lowering your hips slightly in the set position so your shoulders are just ahead of your hands. Keep your head neutral and eyes down. Focus on pushing strongly through both legs, driving back and up from the blocks, and keeping your first few steps low and powerful with quick, short strides.

This is the first Observation, the baseline. The “Reimagined” image in the report is an AI visualisation of what better technique could look like, not a recording. AI can and does make mistakes, so use the feedback with discretion.
